Myra Mondzac was born in Manila and graduated from the University of the Philippines with a BS in Psychology and an MD from the College of Medicine. Myra is also an alumnus of the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC and L'Academie de Cuisine in Maryland. She and her husband, Allen, are ardent supporters of the arts, including membership in The Washington Opera, The Metropolitan Opera Guild, The Wagner Society of Washington, DC and many others.

Elaine Carreon-Gadi was born in Manila and is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She is the founding partner of Gadi and Partners and resides in Manila with her husband and three children.
